Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicant must be PWC residential TOU or non-residential small power TOU electric customer in good standing to qualify. 2. Applicant may be a renter with homeowner approval. 3. Applicant must be account holder of record where device is installed. . 4. Applicant must have a single-phase electric water heater, with a storage tank of not less than 30 gallons, that is in good mechanical condition. 5. Applicant must have Wi-Fi service. 6. Applicant must download the Aquanta mobile app and agrees to maintain device connectivity. 7. Applicant is responsible for installation of Aquanta device and must install the Aquanta unit within 30 days of receipt. 8. Applicant must schedule the device to cycle off during PWC’s Peak TOU hours. 9. Applicant agrees to allow PWC to use data related to energy usage to measure the impact on consumption during TOU hours. 10. Applicant must submit all paperwork required of this Program
