SMART Electric Water Heater

Important: Unit must be new and application must be submitted within six (6) months of purchase and installation.
A copy of the itemized invoice/receipt must be attached. Renters are NOT eligible for this program.

Eligibility Requirements
1. Applicant must be an active PWC residential TOU or non-residential small power TOU electric customer in good standing
2. Applicant must be account holder of record where the water heater is installed.
3. Applicant must purchase a smart electric water heater that is Wi-Fi connected.
4. Applicant must have Wi-Fi service.
5. Applicant must purchase a electric water heater that has capacity of 40 gallons or more OR is a tankless water heater.
6. Applicant must submit original or copy of the paid and dated receipt or invoice within six (6) months of purchase and installation.
7. Applicant is eligible for one (1) qualifying smart electric water heater bill credit per service address.
8. Applicant must submit all paperwork required of this Program (email: customer.programs@faypwc.com)
9. Applicant must agree to Terms and Conditions of this Program
