I am authorizing the installation of a smart thermostat at the above noted residence. I understand that the current resident is responsible for meeting the Terms and Conditions of the Peak Cycling Pilot Program and as a participant will receive a monthly bill credit on their PWC electric bill. I understand that I am not eligible for the the monthly bill credit, the smart thermostat is the property of the above noted residence once installed, and the smart thermostat is under warranty for three (3) years from installation so long as the resident is participating in the Peak Cycling Pilot Program.
